What's this all about

I decided to start running (seriously now – I mean it – no really) last year, and by the powers of an appointment I feel I can't back out off — I've signed up for a half-marathon which I've been stupid enough to tell people about — I'm running still.

Ever since I started, I've been writing about what it is like to run. I'm not ready to share my trauma yet, but I'll do it anyway. On this page, you'll find stories from last and this year that chronicle my training.
